Review: Company sent me a useless keyboard with keys falling out as I opened the box. They say they do not refund shipping fees and expect me to pay to ship the item back to them! I want a complete refund of the item price AND shipping AND sales tax. This company should not be allowed to profit from selling junk online!Desired Settlement: Complete refund of purchase price, shipping and sales tax.
