Ottawa University-Wisconsin

I am greatly disappointed with my experience as an undergraduate student at Ottawa University. Recently I took an online class from the University. The instructor failed to communicate effectively over an 8 week course, which resulted me to fail the course. According to the University the instructor was terminated but they will not change my grade despite a chain of unresponded e-mails to the insturctor in which I asked for clarification on assignments. The instructor even failed to provide me with readings necessary to complete two of these assignments. Ottawa has failed to employ instuctors that act in a professional manner during several courses I have taken. Ottawa clearly is a private business, looking to make money from students in an unethical manner.
