We received module in our shop without any info in box, we opened module for diagnostic and module woes placed on side till customer contacted us with
infoMr *** called us and we told him that module is burned and not repairable, he told to try to repair anyway because he cannot do anything wit non working module and that he will pay extra for repair if needed, we checked again and technician told me it is beyond repair so I left module to side and we didn't hear from Mr *** for 2+ months.After he called we issued refund and I told him that I will look for module.Our policy is day we can hold module in shop after that we will disposeI do have his module and I'm shipping back to him at My expanse this is tracking# XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXAnd this is video link to his module that is shipped back to him ***

EBay did not help me because they do not have a guarantee on services, only products. When anyone purchases a service on EBay there is NO money back guarantee, that's why they decided her "their favor" by default.
I purchased a new Powerboard (off EBay of all places) and it fixed my TV, proving that Otex TV Repair did NOT repair my board. When I called them, the lady told me I wasn't going to be able to see what parts they fixed. They wouldn't tell me what parts they actually replaced.
