OT Cars Auto Sales

Purchased a Dodge, was financed, then when I called about the front end, they wanted me to try to pay cash for the truck in full. I was able to do that and went down and tried to discuss the front end, paid for the truck and got the title. I kept trying to make contact to discuss the front end with no luck. My wife then started to make calls and try to talk to the salesperson. Finally she got him on the phone. She explained a cash sale like that he cannot charge registration fees and sales tax and smog and cert when the car lot is not paying for them. The smog didn't take place and there is no cert. She finally got the money refunded of the overpay met from January in March. She discussed the front end, the salesperson had to speak with his boss, they called back and said yes they would inspect and repair all necessary and no cost to us, they want 5 star reviews and customers to be happy.She went down and they told her she had to use the company next door, she disagreed and requested a 3rd party automotive shop. They said no. She told the salesperson that he was not licensed at time of sale, (expired 10/19) Sale of truck 01/17/20 and 02/05/20 (permit given 02/12/20). The re seller license is not valid, business license is expired, sales person admitted to clearing the codes, driving truck to set monitors to smog the truck, no inspection and on the sale they lied about the mileage of the truck.
