Not necessarily rejecting the response but didn't want to entirely close out this issue. We were out of town for a week and yes, Jack did leave us messages and my wife, ***, spoke to Jack on Friday, Dec11He informed us the check had been returned a while agoAll appeared correct for the mailing addressNeither of us can figure out the reason.Jack was very gracious and the check was sent again and received, but not yet cashed.There is one more issue that needs resolved...upon opening the envelope and reviewing the paperwork as to reasons for deductions to the deposit, it appears significant deductions were taken and a different apartment number that was listed for these deductions, as well as deductions for water bills that may be for that other apartmentBy chance our daughter is in Columbus this week for some training and just this morning, Dec16, we emailed her a copy of documentShe plans on stopping by the rental office this Friday.Jack, we gave *** your phone number too so she can discuss this issue this week.We know Jack wants to get this resolved too, but the amounts total up to be significant so we feel it should be addressed

This complaint was initiated by my husband *** ***.I “took over” toward the end of getting things resolved.The issue was resolved on Friday, Dec18.I went back into your site, but could not get to a place where I could say it was resolved.It appears I have to wait for another response, but there is no need to.Our daughter personally went to the rental office on Decand an additional check was issued regarding charges that were mistakenly placed on their unit.In getting this resolved, everyone was very gracious once we made contact.We did not want to resort to contacting the Revdex.com had our phone calls and emails been answered.I would like to indicate this as a resolved issue. Thank you
