We have used Ostrom Electrical before and are very satisfied with their services. George was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Our Ostrom Plumbing service person Wayne did a great job with our plumbing needs as well as our plumbing inspection. Wayne was very personable as well as very knowledgeable in the plumbing field. He did a very thorough check of all of our plumbing fixtures (& discovered an issue that we would most likely would not have found until it had caused major plumbing damage in our basement) and found the best solution to our plumbing problems. To be sure that he was addressing a certain issue the best way he even took the time to make a call to be sure he was correcting the issue the very best way. We were very pleased with Wayne and with Ostrom Plumbing & Electrical and would not hesitate to recommend them to others with Plumbing &/or Electrical needs. I called Ostrom Electrical and Plumbing after finding them online. I noticed the number of awards that the company had received and decided to give them a shot at resolving my problem. I was pleased that my phone call to the company was answered by a human being (still important these days) and that we were able to set up an appointment quickly. In fact, they were able to send someone that same day, but I chose to set up an appointment. I was given a call to make sure I was in, and the Electrician came by my place right at the appointed time. He immediately found the issue and resolved it almost as quickly, offering advice for keeping my particular issue at bay in the future.

George and James came to fix my smoke detectors. They were very courteous and considerate. It was raining the day they came and every time they went in and out of the house they would put on and take off the shoe protectors. As far as their skill and knowledge, it wasn't a normal fix but they were able to clean up what some other electrician had rigged and completed the job as it should be, the right way. Thanks guys!

Ostrom Electrical & Plumbing sent a team of Daniel and Dustin to install our new foyer chandelier and accompanying Aladdin lift system. These two gentlemen were very efficient, very knowledgeable, and very pleasant. Their work looks and run great.

Our 22+ year old outdoor flood light had stopped working. Danny B. was able to not only figure out why (it died people, old, old light fixture), but he had on hand a motion sensor flood light that he was able to install in very short order. Very nice to chat with, very knowledgeable in the field. I would highly recommend this company and Danny for any electrical work you need help with. Thanks a bunch. We love the light!

Ostrom's service technician (Jason K.) was both personable and professional. He arrived on time, explained what services he planned to provide, how he planned to proceed, and what the estimated cost would be. His work was efficient and he completed the repair in less than the planned time. Then he gave me a discount based on the reduced hours needed for the service. Even so, the price was above that of competition, but all things considered, it was worth it.

They have done many jobs around my house, it's an old farmhouse with some dubious plumbing and electrical systems. All employees from Ostrom have been excellent: very polite, clean, efficient, timely, and have been able to answer all my questions. Will continue to work with them on all my home remodeling/repair projects.
