Two Ostaco pre-hung exterior outswing doors were installed at our home residence on June 17, at a cost of $4,273.66, ordered through *** Windows & Doors, *** Road, OttawaOstaco repairs of August 19, and April 13, still leave us with damaged doors, specifically to "Ostaco's exclusive reinforced block"on the side of each door
The pre-hung doors were in a frame that was 1/16th inch smaller at the bottom That error, along with winter humidity, did not allow access through those doors for the winter of 2015-

We built our house in we took possession of this home in april we have requested warranty service for our front door issues When we originally purchased this door id was delivered with incorrect glass we accepted the door with the glass they sent to avoid delay in occupancy1) *** from *** windows comes out looks at our door states he needs to take pictures to send to ostaco for warranty issues weeks later *** from ostaco calls aND states that she Wil send out a tech but it will cost $for them to come out to look at the door I became upset that we would have topay for warranty2) ostaco sends oit tech months later after several calls only to be told that he has to take pictures that he has never seen this before no follow up from ostaco 3) I make another calls and several emails trying to have these issues resolved we have had the same tech out here separate times to take pictures and again no follow up.4) I have been placing calls to *** ***
