I had osceola window and doors put vinyl windows in my existing screen patio. I could not be more happier with the work they have done. it took 3 weeks to order which is normal, and when they came to install the windows they took less than one day to install.

Purchased 12 replacement windows installed. One window is not complete. It is missing parts.
The windows were installed 1/12/2018. I notified the owner of Osceola window and door the day of installation. He assured the discrepancy would be resolved. After contacting him five times there is still no resolution. The windows are under warranty through ***, ***. I contacted the company. They gave me the name of a repair company that advised me they did not repair any windows they did not install. That company gave me the number to the*** district manager. The alleged manager named Tom informed me that he had been promoted and it was no longer his district. He also advised me that he would contact the correct person and solve the problem. The last contact with*** was 3/28/2018. To date I have not herd from anyone concerning the problem. Thank you for your assistance.
Replace the window in question with a complete window. That is what I paid for and that is what I expect.

We have been trying to get the correct parts through ***. We have gotten the wrong parts in at least six times now. I am in contact with our sales rep to resolve the issue. I will contact you as soon as I hear anything from ***. I apologize but I have also not received any messages regarding the issue, I would have responded to you right away.

Autumn, I have been dealing with Matt Bateman. When I called *** they gave me a contact number of another installer in this area. When I called them they offered me the parts and said I could pick them up from their office. I paid cash for the windows and expect complete windows. If your unable to complete your part of the deal in a timely manner then pay me the price of the deficient window and the install fee. The dog ate my homework excuse doesn't cut the mustard.
We finally got the parts in from *** today. Matt is going to be giving you a call to set up a time when he can come and install the parts for you.
