As was previously discussed the bill for the 21.9 gallons was already removed. As with most companies, we do not refund for gas already delivered to the tank, due to the cost incurred for delivery, as well a the cost incurred for the disconnection and removal of the tank, for which we do not...
charge (where many companies do). For this reason, we always recommend that customers burn the gas down to a low point before the tank is removed, however, will make an exception in this case and refund the customer for 45 gallons at our wholesale cost.
