Dr *** performed dental work on me when his staff did not accept my insurance. They should have turned me away when I presented at the office. I was charged $132 which I was billed for later when they sent me a letter.
I want my money refunded.
They had an obligation to refuse treatment as they knew they did not accept my insurance but did not inform me of this at the time of the visit.
