To whom it may concern, Yes I did get a letter from their attorney around 3/time frame and I sent a response back with in a week and have not heard back yet. I said I would
meet them in the middle from the price they suggested to the price I suggested which was not that far from their suggested price. However, its been a while and have not heard anymore news. I am ready to pay with check in hand to get this over with. I attached my final letter that was sent to them over three weeks ago now. Thanks,*** ***
