About 5 years ago we had a rock wall constructed by Osborn Rock Walls. They dug out a hillside and moved the dirt to make a driveway and put in a 12 foot rock wall to hold the dirt for the driveway. After the second winter several of the rocks started to crack and fall apart. After several calls to Osborn, he came out to look at the wall and made the comment "I thought some of those rocks didn't look good at the time, but I didn't say anything." These were rocks he chose and delivered. After much discussion, he said he would replace the wall, for a price…no consideration, no discount. So the rocks continue to crumble. How can I feel good about having him repair a problem he knew about when he made the wall? And pay for it all over again?
