The owner, Floyd P[redacted], ca**ed from the business and indicated the characters were only about 20 minutes late. The company sends two characters and a chaperone out to an event. The owner said the consumer took a survey...

and indicated she would rent from the business again however, would not request the characters. Mr. P[redacted] reviews customers surveys thoroughly and would have addressed the consumers concerns if he was aware she was unhappy with the services provided. Mr. P[redacted] has agreed to callthe consumer to discuss the complaint for an amicable resolution.

prior to the contract and deposit amount , I was verbally told by Mr . F[redacted], that I would have "the best" costume characters and that I would be satisfied. I expressed to Mr. F[redacted] , that this was my daughters second birthday party and it was important to us. I will remove my comments if my $75 is refunded to me by cashiers check.
