Ortiz Corporation

Review: Ortiz Corporation was contracted by the City of San Diego to do repair on a water system. While staging their project, they backed up several vehicles on our PRIVATE PROPERTY adjacent tot their staging site and broke a pipe leading from our water main. This cost us $350 in damages. We filed a request to be reimbursed for the damages with the city of San Diego risk management, which forwarded the request to Ortiz Corporation, along with the supporting photos of the damage, the driver who did the damage, the costs to repair the damage etc (which I already paid).Desired Settlement: We are requesting Ortiz Corporation refund us the amount of $350 ($300 from the plumber + $50 in parts) that we had to spend to repair the damages caused by their driver.
