We have been in contact with the consumer, and have scheduled a time in the next two weeks (weather permitting), to open up the area of concern and determine the cause of the leak. If it is indeed a missed connection from our work...
performed eight years ago, then we will make sure this connection is made, and this problem will be solved. Since we were contacted regarding this issue, we have been out three separate times and performed a dye test, a camera video inspection, and sent an independent plumber out to try and figure out the cause of this standing water in the neighbor's yard. It is apparent that our next step is to excavate at this house connection. We appreciate the patience of our customer, and look forward to having this matter resolved as soon as possible.

This issue has been resolved. On March 10th a worker from [redacted] Construction identified the missed connection and made the necessary repairs.
