matter.  The reason why we build [redacted] of Texas is because with DME you build the local [redacted] which is Texas even though the patient has [redacted] of Florida.  It shows that we are still in contact with insurance to try to resolve this matter to see if we can get a payment from insurance so that the patient will not have any out-of-pocket expense.  We are keeping a close eye on the situation.  They signed documentation stating they would be held liable for anything that the insurance company does not cover.  At no time do any of my reps ever say that there will be zero payment because every insurance company is very different, but we do get a pre-authorization before hand.  If they have any questions they can call our billing office and we can try to get this resolved quickly.  Orthopedic Therapy Services
