Dear ***:I am writing to you in reference to the above-mentioned complaint from
*** to the Revdex.com. As soon as Orthopaedic Spine Technologies,
LLC received communication from *** regarding his dissatisfaction with
the cost of the items that he received, we made a good faith effort to
immediately resolve the situation for him.
We reviewed ***’s account and have since removed any outstanding
balance owed. Also, on Monday, April 20th,
we telephoned *** to discuss the matter and apologize for any
inconvenience. However, we were only
able to leave a voice message. On the
message, we informed *** that his account balance is currently zero and
no monies are due. As of this letter, we
have not received a return call from ***.Again, Orthopaedic Spine Technologies, LLC is sincerely apologetic for ***’s dissatisfaction. Our first
priority is always our customers/patients satisfaction. We hope that *** feels that the matter
