Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this
resolution is satisfactory to me in that I was finally issued a refundIn response to their letter, they did not ask me to patient with the process because they never returned my callsIt is the responsibility of a business to contact their patient in the timeframe that they say they will contact him/her and not avoid a patient's call for several monthsIf the business would have kept the lines of communications open, then we would not be in this positionThe business needs to take some responsibility for their staffs' actions.

Hi ***, We received a complaint forwarded by you from *** *** regarding her anesthesia bill. Here is the response from Sandra Morales, Director of Operations at Atlas Anesthesia Associates: This patient has never contacted me or my office that I am aware of in regards to her
account. Atlas Anesthesia is always willing to help patients with any issues they may have with their anesthesia billing. If Ms*** had called, I would have worked with her in filing proper appeals to her insurance carrier in hopes that they would pay towards her bill. If that avenue failed, I would have discussed with Ms*** what she thought would have been fair and go from thereAtlas takes pride in everything we do and would not have expected Ms*** to have dealt with this on her own. I have written off her balance due to patient satisfaction in an effort to show that we are concerned about our patients far beyond the operating roomIf any additional information is needed, please let me know. ThanksAlso, we have a new correspondence address: Orthopaedic & Spine Institute *** *** *** *** ***
