Have researched the complaint and yes she did make two payments on 3/ The one made on the first floor was reversed in the system on her account but never to the patient’s bank account It was an error on our part as only ½ of the transaction was done On 3/24/the account was credited $via her credit card (which was the way that she paid it.)
