Review: The company never tried to collects it's fees from me. It reported my debt to a collection agency which also did not attempt to contact me and ended up as a negative item on my credit report despite the fact that I reached out to them without them ever attempting to reach me and before the debt hit my credit report. This has done permanent damage to my credit score even though I paid before the debt was reported AND I had to reach out to them to get the correct information to pay my bill.Desired Settlement: I would like all payments refunded. The damage to my personal brand and credit far exceeds the amount I was charged. It is absolutely ridiculous that someone reports you as having delinquent debts if they've never billed or contacted you about it.
