My wife had a hip replacement in 2017. This company provided some level of care in home after the replacement. I dealt with them for the better part of a year and thought that they were paid in full between my insurance company and myself. I paid them the amount that I was told would satisfy the full amount owed in June of 2018, $735. Out of the blue without any contact from the company they handed the amount over to a collection agency/law firm. This new firm says that I now owe an additional $525.00. This is more than 2 years after the service was provided and a year after I thought the entire amount was paid in full. This is wrong and a poor business practice. I paid this firm because I felt that by not paying them I would be sued or my credit ruined. I thought this company was paid in full. Billing me years after the charge by using a law firm to collect is not the proper way to do business. I hope to never come in contact with this company again and suggest anyone looking to use their services to avoid this company and their poor business practices as well.
