I also emailed and the promised me to mail it. Again, they never did. I would like my $100 rebate.Desired Settlement: I would like my $100 copay returned to me.

Review: I was diagnosed by my family physician a few months ago with pleurisy and she prescribed [redacted], an antibiotic, manufactured by Janssen. After a few days, I experienced severe allergic reactions to this medication, including muscle weakness and pain in my tendons. I stopped taking this immediately and reported this to my physician. I emailed the company to let them know of this. I PAID GOOD MONEY FOR THIS MEDICATION, WHICH IN MY OPINION, IS POISON. HOW COULD A COMPANY ALLOW PEOPLE TO TAKE SOMETHING THAT CAN BE SO HARMFUL TO THEM? SINCE THE [redacted] DID NOT WORK FOR ME AND I PAID $20 FOR IT, I WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND OF WHAT I PAID FOR IT. THAT WOULD RESOLVE THIS MATTER FOR ME.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND OF WHAT I PAID FOR THIS MEDICATION, WHICH IS TWENTY DOLLARS.
