to the receipt which also reads with the policy. We take the Health and safety of horses very seriously. This has been our policy for 16 years and she is our first complaint. She was given a business card from Gail with my name and phone number on it to call me about the issue. I set the policy- my employees follow it. Any other changes in it are from me and me alone. She never contacted me personally but rather started off on this path. She was the one who swore at Gail upon her exiting the store.
The items are NOT returnable to any customers. We trust this concludes the complaint.
