I bought a jacket online from OROS, order #*** on February 25, 2020, delivered February 28, 2020. I did not like the material and the jacket was too large so I returned it the next day and asked for a full refund.
On March 7th I was notified that the return was processed and that they would process my refund.
Subsequently, I received a voucher (not my refund) for $127. I have emailed 3 times asking for a full refund but not received a reply.
On March 13, I was notified that I still had my voucher!
I called the OROS number *** at the Revdex.com site (***). It does not appear to be a working number.
I also called another OROS number found online, ***. This did appear to be a working number but, even though I called at 1:27 CST, I had to leave a message because no agents were available.
What should have been a seamless return process has been very time-consuming. I try to buy less on Amazon to support smaller businesses, but if OROS cannot simply refund my money I cannot recommend purchasing ANY products from them.
This complaint has finally been resolved. The company got back to me and finally refunded me. Poor customer service but they finally took care of it.Thanks
In early-February 2020, I purchased a jacket from Oros for $134.99. The Order number was ***. The day it was received, I emailed the company that it did not fit and requested authorization to return it. An email was sent to me authorizing the return. On February 25, 2020 at 8:05 pm, I received an email from Oros "Exciting News Jonathan. Your return was delivered to Oros. Once the return has been processed, you will receive an update." Over the past two weeks, I have sent multiple emails requesting the status of the refund. I have also left multiple voicemails with the phone number on its site. None of the emails or voicemails have been acknowledged or returned. I want a full refund for the jacket to my original payment method.
December 28, 2019 - I bought a jacket from Oros Apparel via their website for the price of $320 USD.
January 2, 2020 - The jacket was delivered to me. The jacket did not fit so I went on the Oros website and followed their instructions for returning the jacket.
January 6, 2020 - I printed the FedEx return label provided by Oroas and I mailed the jacket back to Oros.
January 10, 2020 - I received an email from Oros confirming they received the jacket I returned.
January 20, 2020 - I sent Oros an email requesting information regarding my refund. No response.
January 21, 2020 - I sent Oros a second email inquiring about my refund and I received an automated email saying "Our customer service team operates Monday-Friday from 9-4pm EST and will respond to your request as soon as possible."
January 23, 2020 - I sent Oros a third email inquiring about my refund. No response.
I purchased a coat on January 7th, and returned it to the company because the fit was off. They sent confirmation that they received the package on January 17th and would issue a refund when it was processed. Between that date and now I have sent 4 emails to the company to inquire when I would receive my refund because it was taking so long, and have not received a response yet. They do not have a contact phone number on their website, only an email address. They owe me $280.00 for the product. Please help.
