This place has the worst customer service and work ethics in the industry. Scott makes a lot of big promises but never deliver. They are overprice and their installers leaves messes everywhere. I have never worked with a company that push their paid order back 12 weeks. We place an order with them at the beginning of January and didn't come out to do the install until end of April. It took lots of calls and email to get a response from them. Than they forget to order one of my window security guard. When I call Candance about it she gave me an excuse and said she will call me back. Never got a call back. The installer did not know what to do as they were waiting to hear back from her. Called Scott with no answer or reply. This company is unreliable and unprofessional. Never will I do business with them again.
