I was seeking insurance for my boat, and it was quoted to me, but when the binder was sent it included special requirements that were not disclosed.
I quoted insurance, and I agreed to it, sent back all the necessary forms and payments as outlined. But when I received my insurance binder, it included special requirements that I had no knowledge of, and my policy was contingent to them. I questioned with them immediately and let them know I would not accept those conditions. Offshore Risk management then cashed (1) of my (3) checks, and have not responded back to me.
