Horrible builder, had house built in 2014. It was built as cheaply as possible, under powered HVAC, awful millwork, negligent construction, major foundation problems. The floors squeak, the countertops are coming off the walls, the millwork is falling apart, the floors and walls are not level in several places, the foundation has cracked and water has gushed in during rain, the roof leaks, the ductwork is not installed properly.
