I am responding to the complaint filed by Ms. [redacted]. This car is under warranty and she is not allowing us to do what we have to do to fix the car. When she approached us about the problem and her unhappiness with the car, I offered her two options; bring the car to us and we’ll send it to Jeep...

to get it fixed, or I will refund her $500.00 less than she paid for the vehicle because of depreciation.  I think these are two very fair options. I have not had any feedback from her since our first conversation. I can’t help her if she won’t communicate with me. I did also offer her a rental car for free, so she would have transportation if she chose us to do the repair.Thank you,[redacted]
