Villa rented was not cleanedDirty Carpets, access to Villa without our permission, no internet for over days during a day rental

In July of I booked a house in the Orlando area for three nights in the same development as my son The day before we left for vacation, I received a call from Orlando4villas stating that our rental home had a burst pipe and they offered us a house minutes away We reluctantly accepted the house minutes away seeing that we were leaving the next day When we arrived at my son's rental we found two vehicles in the drive of OUR unit, neither of which were maintenance vehicles Three days later, the same vehicles were in the drive (overnight guests) when my son left the development The substitute house we rented was OK, but there were maintenance issues that were not addressed by the local maintenance crew When I expressed my disappointment to Orlando4villas, I was told that they were advised that the pipe was burst by the owners Aren't they ultimately responsible for the units they list to rent? Anyway, I will not rent from them again

My family and I recently had reservations for the end of August. We ended up getting two medical family emergencies. I am newly pregnant and my doctors are advising me not to go to Florida near the Zika Virus. Furthermore, my father has recently been diagnosed with throat cancer and cannot travel. We did not expect these things to happen and tried cancelling our reservations, but apparently were too late in the game. This company won't do anything to help my family out even a LITTLE bit. They show no effort in reaching out to someone higher up in the company to get us some of our refund or even a credit. It is sad to see a business have no heart or sympathy toward their customers. This company is not customer service friendly, we will NEVER book through here again and NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Also they will switch your booking at least twice, that is what happened to us and our friends. They also increased our total amount because we couldn't stay at our original booking. They "overbook" and could care less. Stay away from this business, they don't care about their customers!!!!!!

Orlando4villas managed my Florida property for approximately a year and they did a nice job. Last summer several staff changes were made in July and the management team has deteriorated. When we checked on our property in late August we disappointed to find the house dirty, several items had been stolen, and there had been damage to the property. We were never notified and I would assume this was because the management team did not check the property after renters left. We notified Orlando4villas that why we were unhappy with their services and that we were taking the property off the rental market. We have had a balance on our account of several thousand dollars since August and despite sending multiple emails to Orlando4villas, we have not received any of the money due to us. If you are looking for a management company for your Florida vacation home, I would not recommend Orlando4villas.
