Black Taxi ,working under Orlando Limo Tours was ordered by myself on 3/19 for a trip from Orlando Airport (MCO) on 4/4 to Longwood and a return on 4/7. Reservations were cancelled on 3/24 due to Covid 19 travel restrictions and we were told we would be credited in 7-15 days. Our *** was charged on 3/19 with no service rendered. As of 4/29, after emails and over 6 phone calls, charges are still on our ***. We've been told their billing dept has no phone #. I lodged a formal complaint against Orlando Limo Tours with ***.
Billing Adjustment We want Orlando Limo Tours to return the amount ( $168) that they charged , back to our *** account because service was never rendered.
Orlando Limo Tours has reimbursed our *** account.
