In response to the complaint on February 20th ID# [redacted] I, [redacted] , have managed Orland Stop And Shop for over yearsOver those years I have recieved very few complaints; all of which were able to be resolvedIt is unfortunate that the customer felt as if they were treated unfairly , however the owner being addressed as a crook was harsh and unfoundedThe store uses an automated scanning system, the prices are programmed manually by myself and taxes are calculated by the system.Although a new/sale item or a price change can account for the difference in priceI personally know the customer and am only sorry that she did not feel comfortable to come to me directly to resolve this issueThank you, [redacted]
