Review: Gave the company deposit of $500.00 to purchase entry doors to be installed at my home. The company would not pull city permit to do work (because of cost to them) and said that I should pull the city work permit. That's when I learned that the company was not listed with the Revdex.com, nor did they have a contractor's license. The next day I called company and also wrote a letter cancelling the contract (within three business days). I was told by the secretary that I would have to wait three to four weeks for the refund. After a month I was finally told to come and pick up my deposit. I was given specific times and dates to come. Both times no one was at the office (which is only a small unit in an industrial building) and the office appeared to be vacated. The office telephone number is disconnected and the president and sales manager's email addresses are not valid.I believe the company is a scam, preying especially on seniors.Desired Settlement: I would like Orion Windows and Doors to return my $500.00 deposit.
