Orion Property Management

I live in townhouse complex managed by Orion and one of their contactors was landscaping the backyard and brock the Glass of the Patio Door in August I have been in contact with Orion to fix the Glass since last Oct or before that until now NO FIXI would email the property manager ( [redacted] ) she emailed me back saying she will look into it and will update meNothing happened since then, I complained to the Board of Directors and they told me to keep emailing her to fix it, but no one is emailing me back and no one has called back to fix the Glasson Sept 16th I got email address of [redacted] (with is [redacted] manager) sent her email but never got email from her or ***, I just called them now and was told [redacted] is in a meeting and they gave her my messageI don't see this resolved without escalating it to your BUREAU, would you please help me in this case as I would like it fixed before Winter time, as one side Glass on the patio door makes the living room freez

In June 2015, I've requested repairs to be done on my unit*** at ***
-The wooden bed frame in front of the house is broken with huge nail sticking outIt not only looks bad *** and it makes difficult to plant anything
-The square stone tiles in front of the front door are broken up and make the unit looks run down ***The backyard's stones don't look much better but front is a priority to us
- When rains, the water doesn't flow thru the pipe but flows down the front wall next to the front door***
Since that date I've sent many emails to property manager, waiting months to get any answer , sent more emails including pictures and as of today nothing been done Every year the Orion is increasing maintenance fee ***
