This order was never completed, and the customer's credit card was not charged.  We apologize for the inconvenience; all credit card information from our records has been removed.

We spoke with the customer on 4/1/2015, 11:40AM.  After investigation, we are not sure why her order never processed; however she does not want the order filled and requested that we cancel her order.  Her card was never charged, so no refund is needed.

It was brought to my attention that this delivered several days after an action was filed against our company.

Please find the attached proof of delivery, via the carrier's (truck company that delivered) website.
