Original rileys

I purchased furniture from the owner Winston Riley which happened to have various issues from the first few days of purchase. There were many parts of the furniture that was purchased missing and additional pieces from other pieces of furniture that were not suppose to be in the box. That caused me to immediately contact him and let him know the issue. There after he told me to go purchase other parts and ended up giving me parts from a bed that was on display not from the box. The parts that were received also fell apart a few weeks later. I then went back to his business to show him the missing parts, broken pieces. After giving me a very hard time he replaced them with more display parts telling me everything would be perfectly fine. Months later my bed fell apart while sleeping on it as he told me he would order a new part. I waited over two weeks to hear back from him only to show up and have him send me to another business to reinstall parts to an already broken and struggling bed set. The bed was purchased November 24, 2017 and every month I've went to him with and issue and asked him respectfully to honour his words he gave on a return. Instead he sends me to other places to get it fixed. My bed set has now been broken for a 3 quarters of the time I had it not including the missing and added (used pieces) that I was given. I am a very upset with my purchase an how he has treated me as a respectful customer. I've spent many hours at his business and other stores trying to fix and issue with a broken bed that just keeps breaking after repair.
