I ordered Some parts from Original Parts Group Inc. that were on back order a month ago, well I got an e-mail from them Sunday 10/30/16 saying that the parts were in & ready to ship. So just to be on the safe side I called them Monday 10/31/16 to make sure they were being shipped so that I could get them by Monday 11/7/16. I had to have these parts to finish a car that was going to Auction on 11/8/16! So I asked the Sales Rep. if I needed to pay for over night shipping to make sure I would have them in time & I was told that the parts were shipping that afternoon 10/31/16 or first thing in the morning 11/1/16 & that there was no need, I would have my parts by Monday 11/7/16. Four days go by & I call Original Parts Group Inc. to see when my parts may be arriving because I had gotten know e-mails or call regarding a tracking # or any shipping information... When I contact Original Parts Group Inc. the sales rep tell me my parts have not even shipped yet!! What tha??! I said, explaining to the sales rep how I was told they were shipping 4 days earlier & there was no need to over night these parts, & that I would have them in plenty of time.. To make a long story short, Now that my parts had been setting in Original Parts Group Inc. for 4 days past from when they were supposed to ship, I was told I was going to have to pay to overnight shipping If I wanted to get the parts on time, & that there was a chance I still may not get them on time... So after being told my parts were shipping 4 days earlier & that I would get my parts on time Original Parts Group Inc. Had DROPPED the ball on every aspect of doing there Job & what there business is, "Getting Parts to People!!" I told the Sales rep to cancel my entire order & he never said once that he was sorry for there srew ups, or offer to pay for shipping so that he could make up for them not conducting good business. He simply let me cancel a large amount of money worth of parts & let me tell him I was no longer going to do business with them. I hope this is an isolated incident for Original Parts Group Inc. sake, because if not they want be in business much longer!! FYI I ended up hanging up the phone with Original Parts Group Inc. Sales rep & ordering the parts from there competition & will get them Saturday 11/5/16..

Our Customer Service Team worked diligently to get the part and get it to the customer. He has the replacement part for his car. See attached communication to me from our CS Manager. I also spoke with the Sales Support Supervisor and he had already been in contact multiple times...
to help the customer.

While the response from OPGI, [redacted], was courteous and timely, the information provided did not complete the request. The information requested was for instructions on the specific kit ordered from OPGI. Instructions received were a copyright violation from another company's publication and were still incomplete. It was at this point that I decided to not respond to OPGI regarding the issue and to simply not support their business by not purchasing any more product from them.
I request that they receive a negative report on the Revdex.com website so that other consumers can be aware if their business practices.

Review: I ordered up a product from this company based on the advertised information. When the parts arrived, there was product missing that was advertised as being included. The advertised information directly from their site is below, the item I am complaining about is the (1) Headliner installation kit (includes glue, brush and instructions) -- this line claims that the kit has installation instructions, glue, and a brush. The kit came with only glue (which has a brush built into the cap). I have e-mailed with [redacted] at OPGI and they are not going to provide the installation instructions and [redacted] claims that the description is for instructions on how to use the glue.INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: (1) Authentic grain headliner with sail panel and visor material (1) Pair of sail panel boards (1) Headliner installation kit (includes glue, brush and instructions) (1) Dome lamp lens (1) Dome lamp chrome base (2) Plastic interior coat hooks GUARANTEED LOWEST PRICE ANYWHEREDesired Settlement: I am only requesting that they provide headliner installation instructions as this was how their advertising is worded in relation to the kit. Without the instructions, it is unclear as to what materials are used for what part of the assembly. For instance, what material is used for the sail panels, the large swatch or the small?

Review: Classic automotive reproduction parts ordered from this company were advertised over the phone as exact fit. When the parts were received, it was confirmed that they would not fit the vehicle they were advertised for. After contacting OGPI, they stated that they wanted pictures of the parts next to the originals. The pictures and info was provided however, OGPI no longer responds. Ref order # [redacted]. An additional cost of $40 was tagged on to the $17.03 shipping charge.Desired Settlement: Either provide the correct part that fits the advertised vehicle or refund part cost and extra $40 tagged on cost (on top of advertised $17.03 for shipping).
