This company (Opad Lighting) was quick to sell me a lighting fixture and almost impossible to deal with thereafter. I realized, upon receiving the light, that I had ordered the wrong one; they said they would allow me to exchange it for a second light (which was double the price). They dragged their feet sending me forms to return the first light -- though they did, after weeks of emails and phone calls (many of which went unanswered). They never did send the second light -- though they'd charged me for it immediately. I had to dispute the charges with [redacted] and contact the parent company, who made the lighting fixtures. They were understanding and apologetic and, having received my original light, sent me the second light within days.
I don't think I've every had such a frustrating, irritating and ultimately futile business transaction as I've had with Opad. The parent company has since ceased doing business with them. I recommend that others do the same.
