Original Heat and Gas

I built my own house last year starting in november.
*** installed my propane lines and heaters
I bought a stand alone fireplace from him, it looks like a wood stove but burns off propane
it is burning inside and covered in a half inch of sut
I have been in contact with him since october 2019 about it and he will not come fix it
on sunday february 9th 2020 I came home and my stove is choked out and will not burn
my house is running on baseboard heat right now in the dead of -30 winter
I texted *** sunday night (as its his prefered method of contact) and showed him pictures, he has not responded
I emailed he office and no one responded
I went to the office on tuesday after my doctors appointment and the *** said *** told her on monday that he would give me a call
I still have not heard from them, but it hasnt just been 4 days, its been since october ( I have everything in text messages) so its been over 4 months since hes known my stove is burning itself.
