I was very excited to order a watch from this company as it looked great with the wood grain and being made locally in Western North America. I was very wrong. I ordered the product well in advance in August for a mid-September birthday and after numerous e-mails and contacts have just received my watch on December 23rd. So much for "1-2 day" shipping. On top of the extreme delay in receiving the watch, I was charged $50 duty because the company claims their product is "American made" yet it is actually made in China which there is no free-trade agreement for. If the product was sent in August like it had been ordered the duty (which their shouldn't have been any) would have been $30 due to exchange rate, but waiting until December caused it to be $50. You can't win with this company and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
