This buyers claim were already investigated and rejected by paypalfurthermore, it was found that he was trying to commit fraud with the canadian government as he requested the item to be sent as a return of goods. I have attached a copy of the paypal findings

response because: This seller should change his business name to FAKE ART DEALER, item was returned to this dealer by paypal location in Toronto, anti fraud police RCMP also paypal again investigating they have asked for all necessary document, people make mistakes even paypal, fake item ,fake certificate of authenticity, live like a man
