Origin Dietary Supplements

Continuation of complaint that was cut off:had charged my *** $when I was told I would not be charged I called customer service & was told I would have to take it up with *** as why it took so long to get from ** ** ** & that I should have called when it was not received
right away, I stated with the repthat I thought this was a scam & that I was told I would not be charged I then tracked the package through ***, which is where the scam lies, the company has it set up to from *** & then at some point in the delivery process switch over to ***The package was mailed on 4/3/& not received until the evening of 4/13/ After reviewing the tracking, I then again called cs & was told again I should have called when in reality the trial period should not start until the product is received, the company knows exactly what it is doingI told the repthat I would not stop & will be reporting the company to the Revdex.com, later that day I was called back by a manager who offered to send me another bottle of the product which I denied & stated I wanted a refund which he in return stated he would send another bottle I obviously do not want another bottle but funny how to this day, a bottle has not arrived I will not stop reporting this scam of a company until I am refunded Thank you, *** ***
