Can you please escalate this issue. I do not control how mail is delivered and it is odd that I received this after 4 years; however, I do believe I completed the requirements for the rebate and am owed the rebate amount. I hope we can come to successful resolution of this matter. I have attached a scan of the check brand new and out of the envelope.

TO whom it may concern,
I received a rebate check #[redacted] in the amount of 19.99 for a [redacted] .17oz free after mail-in rebate offer. I was just delivered the check today and it says void if not chased by [redacted] so obviously something happened where this mail was lost or in holdings for a long time.
Is there a way to have this check reissued?
