Review: I cancelled the following order in a timely manner and the business has partially refunded my credit card in the amount of $48.00. But the purchased order was in the amount of $57.00. I spoke with the owner [redacted] attempting to get my full amount back and he advised that he was not going to pay me the total amount back. I would like to file this complaint as an unsatisfied customer and the fact that I did not get my full amount refunded to me as being a valuable customer to that business

The cancellation of this sale unfortunately arrived after the item was processed for shipping- The dates and times used by [redacted] are not the true pick up times.They are the time from the processing center.- We have refunded the product and only charged the shipping cost that we naturally had to pay. There was no restocking fee and or return postage fees charged to the customer as we did receive the cancellation, after the shipping order from the customer was given.
