They spam us with catalogs, even though we have asked repeatedly to be taken off their mailing list. They said it is impossible to take us off list!
We were told the way to take ourselves off of the Oriental Trading mailing list is to call them up and give them our "cr." However, we still get multiple catalogs every week, all listing a different cr. We've called approximately 25 times, providing the "cr" listed on each of these catalogs, asking to please take us off of their mailing list(s). Each time, they agree to take our "cr" off of the list, but it makes no difference in terms of how many mailings we receive from this company. When we called and made a formal complaint, threatening to never order from their business again, they said there was nothing they could do for us. They have too many mailing lists, sub-categories of catalogs, and scheduled mailings to manage requests to take customers off of their lists. These catalogs are a nuisance, as waste of paper, and we feel as though Oriental Trading has no interest in helping us to resolve this issue.
We no longer want to receive catalogs from Oriental Trading or any of their related companies.
After not locating the customer in our system I directly reached out and spoke with ***. The catalogs are being mailed to her work/business and employees. *** will be emailing me the list of crs and/or names and addresses the catalogs are mailing to so I can work directly with our Marketing group to have them removed from our mailing list.
We appreciate *** reaching out to us and allowing us the opportunity to help with a resolution. We certainly do not want to send catalogs to anyone that does not wish to have them as it is an inconvenience to the customer as well as an unnecessary expense for us.
I've asked to be removed from their mailing list, but I continue to receive an unwanted catalog. I don't want their junk mail!
I started getting an unwanted catalog from this company with a name that does not live a t my address. I've sent them a few requests to be removed from their mailing list, but they continue to ignore me. Do they think I pay for garbage removal so they can fill my cans with their junk mail? I want it to stop NOW!
I want them to stop sending me their garbage and send me some monetary copinsation for the money I've had to spend to pay for garbage hauling.
We would be happy to assist with the removal from our mailing. We certainly do not intend to send unwanted catalogs to anyone. We do apologize for the inconvenience.
It would be very helpful if the consumer could respond with the name(s) and address(es) as they appear on the catalogs they are receiving. Additionally, if there is a customer # in the green box on the back of the catalogs, those would be very helpful as well.
Having this information will ensure us being able to properly remove the consumer and their address from our mailing list.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
