Oriental Diner

I work for a nearby company for many years and have always ordered from Oriental Diner. The other day I placed my order over the phone as I usually do and the man said that he didn't have my information when I gave him my number. I found that odd because when I call they normally have it saved. But I figured that they had a new system or something. So I gave him my information but he must of originally entered my phone number wrong. So while I was at work I waited and waited and no delivery. Since my lunch was already exhausted it made no sense to call and ask what happened. The next day I attempted to place my order again and I let the lady know that yesterday no one showed. The same man that answered snatched the phone from her and claimed that he called my phone a few times and I didn't not answer. I explained that he must have jotted down the wrong number when I called because I have ordered from them for years and I did not get not one missed call. He then started to rudely say that they would not deliver to me. Never apologized and even verified the numbers. I simply stated to him that he was extremely rude and he clearly is the one that made the mistake and that I would file a complaint. I ended finding an even better Japenese Restuarant that does not take half the time that they do to deliver and their food is fresh and the customer service is great!!! Thank you [redacted] shame on you Oriental Diner, you will loose a few customers from our office.
