I purchased a preserved *** tree from oriental decor.com the bonsai tree arrived from I believe from Texas . Not from Florida which didn't matter to me . The bonsai tree had a crack all the way up the trunk almost like two grapevine stalks glued together . I reached out to *** who said it wasn't damaged that's the way there made I emailed him and told him I'd like a refund . He emailed me back and said ok that's fine I'll give you a refund just send to this address *** XXXXX So I paid 30.00 to ship item back I have a copy of the email and shipping receipt and pictures of the tree showing why I wasn't happy with purchase . The problem with all this is I purchased through PayPal credit . Since I didn't send to the sellers address listed on Paypal they will do nothing even if I have a copy of the email he sent me I didn't know if it was a warehouse or he moved or what .I didn't know you had to send back to the address of what was listed on Paypal although I wonder if the seller knew So I lose the dispute he gets my 296.10 plus 30.00 to ship it back Which I still have to pay to Paypal credit and I get nothing as a customer I find this seller as very shady if you would like more information please contact me
