After having mY master closet and, kids closets and front hall closets (spending north of $15,000 there has to be 3 service calls to fix the drawers and hinges, alignment poor craftsmanship and other issues. The drawers are now falling off and are full of new and old screw holes and are breaking off with not even regular use.
I want All the drawer fronts replaced properly without 6+ hoes and the drawer fronts that mount need to be properly affixed

Your custom closets also required service work and we followed through with it, after all this is what you paid for. We even credited you the balance of the order totaling $1,699.24 Please remember this is not an off the shelf product you purchased, it was designed specifically for your needs and service work is almost always required when designing and installing fitted cabinetry.
