Review: I placed a order with this company on 2/12/2013 and I have not received my products. I contacted the company through various emails and phone calls. They ONLY responded to one email briefly and they could not provide any information over the phone. They charge $27.25 (usps FLAT RATE) shipping.

The customer service person informed me that "she was not in front of a computer and could not assist me" on 3/21/2013. She informed me that she was "BUSY" and would send me a email regarding my purchase. I have not received any EMAIL and I tried calling today to get a update and NO ONE ANSWERED the phone. I decided to send yet another email and await a response.Desired Settlement: I paid for shipping that was extremely overpriced and I have not received my items. I either would like a FULL REFUND or my items with a refund of the shipping price.

Review: I made a pre-order item purchase in advance from this business, in which the owner mentioned was the only way for me to receive the product back in February. The owner collected the $350.00 and never fulfilled the entire order. I have requested to receive a refund

for the part of the order not completed, with the owner stating that they will not. The balance owed to me is $110.0...Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my refund.
