I am at a library computerI do not own one and do not have my Topper file with meI apologize for not understanding what to place here or how to do it. The fact is, that Organic Textiles promised me a full refundUPS shows it was signed for at their front desk, and all the requested papers were within the box, with their return authorization number written on the outside and on a note insideHad they dealt with this return in an appropriately prompt business-like manner, all of this would not be necessaryI also feel that because it had to be returned because it did not live up to the advertised odor dissipation, they should at least share my return-shipping cost.I am not at my Spokane address, so I do not know if any refund has been sent.Thank you for your help

The item was purchased in May 2014 (about 3.5 years ago),  and buyer claims to have returned it after 2.5 years.  Our easy return policy allows 30 days to return an item which is sometime extended to 60.  This extreme late return item is not traceable.  However, by courtesy,...

seller has refunded 85% of the original purchase price.  Such late returns / return after use puts a business in awkward position.
