I made a purchase a month ago now and still haven't received my order or have I received any update from this company, I have been in touch no reply

I made an order on the 28/07/2020, I have not received my order nor have I heard from anyone in the company regarding any update. I have sent out several emails without a reply. I spent *** US dollars which is over *** pounds. I have requested for a full refund and still no one has processed this. I need this solved as I believe this company is a scam. please do email

Hello your order was shipped out and customs has been trying to reach out for you to pay the custom fees. This wasn't our fault we shipped your product out. By the way we also have distributors in the UK whom also have our product.

Thank you for your message, though this isn't my fault either as I have not received any notification or email notifying me of any shipment being sent out nor have I received a tracking number. This is what I expected to receive from your customer service department after you received my payment and you emailed me confirmation of purchase.
Could you please confirm the shipment details with the tracking number and receipt please. I can confirm that I check both my inbox and junk emails which I haven't come across any emails with shipment confirmation. Could you confirm the date for this please. after contacting your services too through instagram, someone replied back to me and confirmed they will be posting my goods this week, how so is this possible if you already state that the goods were already shipped and are being help by customs. I have not received any email or message from any carrier asking to pay at duty or taxes fees. So I don't believe you, Untill you can prove the confirmation email for my shipment, I will continue to take this case further.
I really i'm not pleased with how this has been handled on your end being I have been in touch with your customer services several times and I don't receive a response. If it is true you sent out my shipment you should have responded back to emails and confirmed this straight away.
I hope you understand my frustration.

I received my order on July 16, 2020, upon opening the packages the pills were fused together, cannot get pills out of package. Cannot use the product
I received my *** order on July 16, 2020, order # XXXXX, upon opening the package, the pill in both containers were fused together, I tried to separate them and I could not, they will not come out of the containers because they are lumped together, I did not want to manipulate them much and damage them more then they already are.
I contacted the company via their email address, (please note their contact information does not provide a telephone number) the next day to inform them of my issue with the product, and to request information they provide information on
how to return the product. I received a response on July 21, 2020, and was asked to "Please send a picture of the damaged order and I'll follow up". I provided the pictures, today is July 30, 2020 and I have not heard anything back , and I have sent additional emails requesting a response.
The resolution I would like if for the order to be returned and replaced, or to return the product for a refund. At this point I would really like for someone to contact me on how to rectify this issue.
The company had contacted me, and resolved the issue, I am satisfied with the outcome.

Customer shipping was delayed due to covid 19 she confirmed she still wanted the order so we shipped it out to her and it was delivered. She then told us two different stories one that at she didn't receive it and then she admitted that she did receive her order.
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)

Each at $39.99, subtotal = $159.96 and shipping =$25.00, Taxes $0.00. Total = $184.96.

I've been using them for nearly 2 months and I couldn't be more happy with my results. My acne scars have started to fade and even my acne is clearing up, their pills require lots of hydration and drinking all that water is just what I needed! Thank you thank you!!
I ordered two different items from them, the starter kit and OSL Body Lotion. They took the money out of my account and I only received one item.

I would like to receive the items I ordered, they took my money out of my account
I was searching online for a product to help me with my stretch marks I stumbled upon this company on Instagram and ordered 3 orders of their starter kit, I was skeptical but wanted to give it a try. I reached out to them regarding dosage and followed their instructions, 2 months later my stretch marks are completely gone! This product works really good! I just wanted to leave a review about my experience I have told my mom and sister as well.
